Exchange and Return Policy

Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction. You have 15 days from the receipt of your item to request an exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Products with a hygiene guarantee
  • Tailor-made items

Sale Items

Exchange on sale item(s) is not permitted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wfashion-group.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@wfashion-group.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service, we recommend returning your unwanted item and placing a separate order for the desired replacement.

For a better service, and to make sure you receive a right product, it is favorable to wait until the return request is accepted and then place a new order.

Alternatively, exchanges can be made in person at our Dubai Mall location on the First Floor, accessible through Parking P5 (Fashion Parking).
